8 examination figure

The figure of the 8 requires two turns: a first turn of 360° to the left, followed by a second turn of 360° to the right. Several techniques can be used to control the precision of the axes and the energy accumulated in the turns. These are described in detail in the “Introduction to the figure of the 8” lesson in the previous module.
